1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 5566ph.cam ("5566ph", "We", "Us", "Our"), a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) licensed online gaming operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 5566ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. Continued use of 5566ph services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for, access, or use 5566ph services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5566ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You are not permitted to use 5566ph services if you:

• Are subject to any legal restriction or prohibition preventing you from engaging in gaming activities;
• Have been previously excluded or banned from 5566ph or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming establishment;
• Are included in any self-exclusion registry maintained by PAGCOR or other gaming regulatory bodies;
• Are acting on behalf of a third party or allowing others to use your account;
• Are located outside the Philippines at the time of access or gameplay.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

5566ph services are exclusively available to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask or misrepresent your location is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. We employ advanced geolocation technology to verify player locations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access 5566ph services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each person may maintain only one (1) account with 5566ph. Opening multiple accounts, using accounts registered to other persons, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Valid date of birth proving you are at least 21 years of age;
• Current residential address within the Philippines;
• Valid Philippine mobile number;
• Valid email address;
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements.

3.2 Identity Verification

As required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) directives, 5566ph conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide valid government-issued identification, which may include Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID, postal ID, or other PAGCOR-approved documentation. Verification is required before processing withdrawals exceeding PHP 10,000 or at 5566ph's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must immediately notify 5566ph of any unauthorized access or security breach. 5566ph is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access resulted from proven negligence on our part.

To enhance security, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and never sharing login credentials via email, social media, or telephone.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5566ph accepts deposits via payment methods approved for Philippine gaming operations, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from PAGCOR-approved Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency where permitted by Philippine regulations. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. 5566ph does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to 5566ph originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. 5566ph reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions, in compliance with AMLC regulations.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may extend to 72 hours during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals are remitted to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing withdrawals, 5566ph requires:

• Successful completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures;
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses;
• Verification that deposits have cleared and are not subject to reversal;
• Compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed on the withdrawal page.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 5566ph may require wagering of deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal approval. Large withdrawal requests may trigger additional verification procedures, including source of funds documentation and enhanced due diligence measures mandated by AMLC guidelines.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 5566ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Bonus terms may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limitations, and other conditions. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, table games contributing less, and certain games excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

5566ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed abusive by 5566ph management. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional materials. Self-exclusion is binding for the chosen period and cannot be reversed early except in cases of permanent exclusion, which may be reviewed after six (6) months.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All games provided by 5566ph use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and verified by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by 5566ph or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are clearly displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payouts.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Exploitation of software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities;
• Collusion with other players or third parties;
• Fraudulent or dishonest behavior of any kind;
• Use of stolen payment methods or identity information;
• Wagering on outcomes already known (past-posting);
• Any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or fraudulent fund transfers.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or account transactions, 5566ph's decision based on its transaction logs and system records shall be final and binding. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on 5566ph, including logos, graphics, text, software, and game presentations, is the property of 5566ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any 5566ph content without express written permission.

Trademarks and trade names displayed on 5566ph are registered marks of 5566ph or third-party licensors. Use of these marks without authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While 5566ph strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 5566ph is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided we have taken reasonable steps to minimize disruption.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 5566ph's total liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5566ph, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of Philippine law, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 5566ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all outstanding bets will be settled, pending withdrawals processed, and remaining account balances returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.

11.2 Involuntary Termination

5566ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, pose security risks, or are required to be closed by PAGCOR directive. Upon termination for cause, 5566ph may forfeit account balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using 5566ph services, you consent to such collection and processing as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information.

13. Amendments to Terms

5566ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, website notification, or account message at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued use of 5566ph services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of 5566ph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Where permitted by law and PAGCOR regulations, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. before litigation.
